Is there a registration fee?
No. The symposium is free of charge.
How do I register?
Please click on the “Registration” tab for instructions.
Do I need to select which workshops I want to attend prior to the Symposium?
No. However, there is limited space in each session. Seating is on a first come first basis and standing room is not permitted.
Will there be internet access at the symposium?
The Aquarius will provide attendees with a password to utilize Wi-Fi.
Will the handouts be provided at the Symposium?
Handouts will not be given at the Symposium. Please visit the Conference Handouts tab on the website. If the presenter provided us with a handout or PowerPoint it will be available in PDF format for attendees to download and print at their convenience.
What meals are provided at the symposium?
There will be breakfast provided on Day 1 and lunch provided on Day 2. Both will be buffet style. Though there will be food options, special food accommodations will not be provided at our conference. If you require a special diet please plan to bring something if you’d like.
How do I get my certificate of attendance?
Be sure to sign in each day you attend. Certificates will be e-mailed to participants within 14 business days of the completed event in April.
What should I wear?
Dress in layers. Inside temperatures may vary.

The Infant and Toddler Mental Health Symposium focuses on the importance of issues concerning children ages birth to five. The Symposium brings together multi-disciplinary evidence-based practices to aid in the prevention, recognition, assessment and treatment of traumatic experiences in young children and their families. The goal of the Symposium is to provide an opportunity to enhance professional, investigative and legal skills when dealing with all forms of maltreatment including those related to family violence.
